1. Purchase Options

Vital Edge may offer the following purchase options:

  • One-time purchases

  • Promotional bundles

  • Subscription-based purchases (if applicable)

All product pricing, discounts, and promotions are clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

2. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive:

  • An order confirmation email

  • A shipping confirmation email once your order has been processed

It is the customer’s responsibility to review order details upon confirmation.

3. Order Cancellation Policy (One-Time Purchases)

Orders may be canceled only if the cancellation request is received before the order has been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the Return & Refund Policy.

Vital Edge does not guarantee cancellation approval once processing has begun.

4. Subscription Cancellations (If Applicable)

If you enroll in a subscription:

  • You may cancel at any time before your next billing date

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle

  • Subscription charges already processed are non-refundable

Failure to cancel before billing will result in the order being processed and shipped.

Returned subscription orders must follow the Return & Refund Policy.

5. Changes to Orders

Once an order is placed:

  • We cannot guarantee modifications to shipping address, product selection, or payment method

  • Customers must contact us immediately if corrections are needed

Vital Edge is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect information provided at checkout.

6. Promotional & Discount Purchases

Discounted items, promotional bundles, and clearance items may be subject to special return conditions as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

Prices cannot be adjusted after purchase.

7. Fraud Prevention

Vital Edge reserves the right to:

  • Cancel orders flagged for suspected fraud

  • Request additional verification before processing high-risk transactions

  • Refuse service at our discretion

If an order is canceled due to fraud concerns, the original payment method will be refunded.
