All purchases are processed in USD and shipped from the United States.


1. 30-Day Return Window

Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days from the confirmed delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Product must be unopened

  • Product must be unused

  • Product must be in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Order number must be provided

Returns requested after 30 days from delivery will not be approved.


2. Health & Safety Policy (Supplements)

Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns on opened, used, or tampered supplement products under any circumstances.

We do not offer partial refunds for partially used products.


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • Description of the issue

If approved, we will:

  • Replace the item at no additional cost, OR

  • Issue a full refund if replacement is unavailable

Vital Edge covers shipping costs only for confirmed damaged or incorrect items.


4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email javiercipriano79@gmail.com

  2. Include your order number

  3. State the reason for return

If approved:

  • A return address will be provided

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless item is defective

  • Product must be shipped within 7 days of return approval

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Vital Edge is not responsible for lost return shipments.


5. Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

If your refund has not appeared after 10 business days, please contact your bank or card provider before contacting us.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened supplements

  • Used products

  • Gift cards

  • Promotional or discounted clearance items

  • Bundles unless the entire bundle is returned unopened


7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if the cancellation request is received before the order has been processed or shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.


8. Chargebacks & Disputes

If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated without first contacting Vital Edge:

We reserve the right to provide order confirmation, delivery confirmation, and related documentation to the payment processor.

We encourage customers to contact us directly for resolution.
